Sample and Quotation Notes
Sample production takes 7–15 days, depending on the complexity of the design and whether custom materials or hardware are needed. Samples let you check size, materials, stitching and branding before committing to bulk production.
- MOQ depends on style, material and logo method, and is confirmed on the quotation. Leather bag MOQ generally starts from 100–300 pcs per style.

Do I need a tech pack before contacting you?
No. A tech pack helps us quote faster and more accurately, but you can start with photos, sketches, a reference bag or a written description. We will ask specific questions about size, materials, compartments and branding, and can help turn your idea into a clear specification before sampling begins.
Can I send a physical sample for you to copy or improve?
Yes. Many buyers send an existing bag as a reference for size, construction or material feel. Tell us which details should stay the same and which should change, such as fabric, colour, logo or hardware. We will then quote and produce a sample based on your updated requirements.
Is the sample cost refundable?
Sample cost and any refund arrangement depend on the design, materials and order quantity, and are confirmed on the quotation. Complex samples with custom materials or hardware usually cost more than simple ones. Ask about sample terms when you request a quote so the full arrangement is clear before you approve sampling.
Can I order more than one style or colour in one inquiry?
Yes. You can include several styles or colours in one inquiry. List the quantity for each style and colour separately, because MOQ and pricing are usually calculated per style and material. This helps us check whether each item meets MOQ and suggest options if some quantities are small.
