Largeng Bags is an OEM and ODM bag manufacturer based in Quanzhou, Fujian, one of China’s established centres for bag, footwear and textile production. We have more than 15 years of bag manufacturing experience and work with importers, brand owners and wholesalers in over 30 countries.

Our production facility covers 5,000 m² and is staffed by 200+ skilled workers and production staff, including pattern makers, cutters, sewing teams and quality inspectors. Keeping cutting, sewing, finishing and packing under one roof lets us control each stage of an order rather than passing work between separate workshops.

Being in Quanzhou also gives us direct access to local suppliers of fabrics, PU leather, webbing, zippers and hardware. This shortens material sourcing for custom projects and makes it easier to match colours and specifications to your approved sample.

We work with cotton, canvas, polyester, nylon, Oxford fabric, non-woven PP, PU leather, PVC, mesh, jute, kraft paper and genuine leather. Branding options include screen printing, heat transfer printing, embroidery, rubber patches, woven labels, metal plates, custom zipper pullers, hang tags and retail packaging. Most orders follow the same sequence. Timings for bulk production, shipping and payment are confirmed on the quotation because they depend on style, material, quantity and logo method.

1. Inquiry: you send your design, tech pack, reference photos or a description of the bag, with target quantity and market.
2. Review and quotation: we check materials, construction and logo method, then quote unit price, MOQ and lead time.
3. Sampling: we make a sample within 7–15 days. See our custom bag sampling process.
4. Sample approval: you review fit, materials and branding, and we adjust until the sample is approved.
5. Bulk production: materials are purchased and inspected, then cutting, sewing and finishing begin against the approved sample.
6. Final inspection and packing: finished bags are checked, packed to your instructions and prepared for shipment.
7. Shipment: goods are released according to the shipping terms agreed on the quotation.

Clear communication at each step keeps the project on schedule. We confirm any changes in writing, share photos during sampling when requested, and check bulk production against the approved sample rather than against memory or verbal notes. We run multi-stage quality control from raw materials to final shipment. Checks are made against the approved sample and your specifications, so problems are found before they reach the next stage.

Buyers who arrange their own third-party inspection can use our pre-shipment inspection checklist as a starting point.

Where an issue is found, the affected pieces are set aside and corrected before they move to the next stage. Recording checks at each stage also makes it easier to trace the cause of a problem and prevent it from repeating in later orders or reorders of the same style.
